Canopy Tour Guides

Canopy Tour Guides lead participants on a 3.5 hour aerial adventure tour including zip lines, rappels, and sky-bridges. One Guide works with one co-guide on each trip. CPR and First Aid required; WFR preferred. All guides participate in intensive ACCT training program. Pay increases with certifications and is assessed per trip.

Strong communication and customer service skills required. Booking services, checking in participants, and operating Point of Sale system at The Gorge outpost. Pay is assessed hourly.

Transporting participants in 15-passenger vans to and from activities. Must have a clean driving record and be comfortable backing a trailer. CPR and First Aid required. Pay is assessed hourly.

Course Manager

Course Manager will be the primary manager for all course operations, course and gear maintenance, and coordinating or delivering all trainings at The Gorge. The individual will be responsible for training guides, maintaining equipment, maintaining the course and ensuring the quality standard of our guest experience. This person must have a strong background in the zipline / aerial adventure industry, be comfortable with managing a diverse group of staff in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of risk management.
